i did what you said in the video, text the dealer, get the OTD price. when I seat down with my dealer guy, he’s telling me the price is impossible, they ask for another $1000 more. 😂

We absolutely make car deals over the phone all the time, especially because out of state customers buy from us and have their vehicle shipped. Some dealerships also pay their salesmen differently and use programs to get the active market value of a car. That way you're not overpaying based on a what a book says, but what the market looks like around you.

❌❌❌ It doesn’t work!!!!! They make you come in to negotiate. They say their policy is for the customer to come inside the dealership. They don’t argue it and hang up the phone. They are willing to lose the customer over this. I’ve tried several times with no luck!!!!!!
