Same for me, 2 months ago my period was very late for no apparent reason (probably perimenopause) then BAM back to a 28 day cycle last month and this month. ovulation on exactly day 14.

Omg literally just happened to me today. Missed it for two months, got it, then 23 days later just got it again?!! She’s a salty little B. Now I carry tampons everywhere. I used to be 29 days LIKE CLOCKWORK until last year when I tuned 43. Now it’s all wonky. What the heck. I’m also on HRT and low key amazing
