When there is an accident like this they aren’t allowed to pull them out until ems or fire rescue is on scene due to potential spinal injuries that could leave them permanently paralyzed or even kill them. The officers didn’t do anything wrong it’s just unfortunate protocols. Prayers to their families 😭🙏🏼
