✅ 1. Cottage cheese is the most underrated protein source on this medication I ignored it for months because i thought i hated it. I was wrong. 👉 Half a cup has 14 grams of protein, it's soft on sensitive stomachs and takes zero prep 👉 Mix it with fruit, everything bagelseasoning, salsa. It disappears into other foods. 👉 On days nothing else goes down, cottage cheese goes down. My most reliable source by month three. ✅ 2. Collagen powder doesn't count the way you think it does If you've been adding collagen to your coffee and counting it toward your protein goal, stop. 👉 Collagen is an incomplete protein. It's missing key amino acids your muscles actually need. 👉 It's great for skin, hair and joints. It's not a replacement for real protein sources. 👉 Keep taking it if you want the other benefits. Just don't count it in your daily protein number. ✅ 3. Protein powder in your oatmeal turns breakfast from empty carbs into an actual meal Oatmeal alone is basically nothing for you right now. Add a scoop and it's worth eating. 👉 Vanilla or chocolate protein powder stirred into hot oats tastes better than it should 👉 You go from 5 grams of protein to 30 without changing your routine 👉 Cook the oats, stir in the powder after, add peanut butter if you can handle it. Five minutes. ✅ 4. Eat your protein cold when nausea is bad Hot protein on a rough stomach day is a fight you don't need to have. 👉 Cold chicken, deli turkey, cheese, hard boiled eggs from the fridge. All easier than anything warm. 👉 Hot food amplifies smells which amplifies nausea. Cold food is almost neutral. 👉 Nobody talks about this and it saved my protein intake on my worst weeks. ✅ 5. Your protein needs change as your weight drops and most people never recalculate The number you started with isn't the number you need now. 👉 General target is 0.7 to 1 gram per pound of your goal weight, not starting weight 👉 If you've lost 30 pounds and haven't adjusted, you're off target without knowing 👉 Recalculate every 20 pounds lost. Takes 30 seconds. ✅ 6. Two bites of protein before you touch anything else on your plate Not

Takes 30 seconds. ✅ 6. Two bites of protein before you touch anything else on your plate Not "protein first as a general idea." Two actual bites before anything else. Every time. 👉 It triggers satiety signals earlier which means you naturally eat less of everything after 👉 It also guarantees protein gets in even if you can only eat half the meal 👉 I started doing this religiously and my protein numbers went from inconsistent to locked in within a week. ✅ 7. Track your protein weekly not daily Bad protein days used to wreck my motivation. Weekly totals fixed that completely. 👉 Some days you'll hit 100 grams easy. Other days barely 50. Both fine if the week averages out. 👉 I log weekly protein totals in the DreamMe app and it took all the pressure off rough days 👉 Aim for your daily target but judge by the weekly average. More forgiving and more accurate. ✅ 8. The protein bar you're eating might be a candy bar in disguise Flip it over. If there's more sugar than protein it's not helping you. 👉 A lot of "protein bars" have 10 grams of protein and 20 grams of sugar. That's dessert. 👉 Look for at least 15 grams protein and under 5 grams sugar. They exist. 👉 Quest, Built, Barebells. Keep a box everywhere. But read the label first. DreamMe made tracking actually fun - link in bio🩷 save this for later. what's your go-to protein source? #glp1forweightloss #glp1community #glp1girlies #transformation #fyp
