As a former 350z owner that is not a Z and that’s why it’s hated. Where’s your limited slip diff huh? Too expensive to drift eh? The Nissan Z yall call the 400 isn’t either it’s a remake of the 300z hence why it has a 3.0 and not a 4.0

I can guarantee you, that 90% of the hate comes from a “re used platform” as if that’s ever a bad thing, people want a raw sports car but suddenly dislike when the chassis came from a raw sports car? Also I guarantee you no one knows that these cars are capable of incredible things, in tsukuba time attack a lightly tuned Z was faster than an R35 Nismo. Yes it’s faster. And even then jt isnt just about speed, the chassis is nearly 22% stiffer than the z34 despite reusing the same chassis thats an incredible increase but since everyone is a keyboard warrior itll never be understood.

Prelude for sure. The integra having 4 doors was hated as well… the Supra Toyota/bmw collab. The only thing hated about the z was the dealers greedy markups that had them sitting on the lot collecting dust.

I agree but the only flaw they made in my opinion was that they put a vr30 in it instead of a vr38. nothing wrong with vr30 just make it a iconic and vr38 has lot more support and mods vs the vr30 which Ik it has support just not as much as vr38
