I’ve literally been homeless, I’m building up my life and getting my degrees because I want to work in the space field. 6 figures is a lot of figures even if that starts with a 1. I had people tell me I should “settle” for wanting the work at UK space agency for the money but when you’ve been rock rock rock bottom, none of that is important anyway

As someone who's been obsessed with space forever. Would it even be worth taking astrophysics instead of aerospace engineering? Since I think I'll get the same space connection I want but do engineering which is higher paying on average (atleast on the uk)

Yes, but the job opportunities are very limited since its a highly specialised field. I love astronomy, but I want to become an engineer instead, since I'll have more opportunities.
