im confused why being taller means you should get a thicker one? im 5'11 and used to sleeping with a pillow thats completely flat but im having bad neck pain so I have to get a new pillow

just wish they came with pillow cases and pillow protectors to fit the shape of these pillows. My husband is a "drooler" and snores. I need pillow protection for them.
