a businessman from London purchased the land from council last year, as soon as the plans are approved a special skills school is to be built there with hostel facilities etc, I know this because I was part of the team which made proposals to the owner, half of the land to be utilized for the school, dorms for students, swimming pool, cricket field, soccer field, tennis court etc...the other half will be for bungalows for holiday makers

I’m from PE born and raised and I cry for my city man , this city has so much potential like Cape Town n Durban , the cleanest city I’ve been in but it’s dying slowly , I got angry last November when I was there and there was a pot hole in the freeway 😭😭😭
