In 1987 I was living in Pacific Grove and Tab and Kim Novak came into the shop I was working at. I knew who he was right away as my mom had always had a huge crush on him. He enjoyed the fact that I knew who he was (the rest of the staff had no idea) He signed a tshirt for me and was so very sweet, Kim, who I tried to give the same acknowledgment to, wasn’t as friendly….but still nice. You could tell they were dear friends and I loved being able to help them with their purchase. Being able to tell my mom about my “day” made us both smile.
