Mix 1 cup of oats, 2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder, 1 tablespoon cacao, 2 tablespoons chia seeds with a shot of espresso and 200ml milk or water. Leave this to soak overnight. 2. Mix 1 cup of Greek yoghurt with a tablespoon of raw honey and a few drops of vanilla extract. Then cover your overnight oats with this. 3. Grate some dark chocolate on top & enjoy!
