Most of my clients actually assume you can only do it that way. Not many people realize that you can (and that it’s beneficial to) mobile order even if it when you get there and are in line.

I’ll check the wait time of a nearby ride, add 5-10 minutes, and use that to select my pickup time. Place the order as we’re getting in line, say I’m here as we’re getting off, walk over and pick up our food. No wait, because my wait was spent riding a ride.

I did this on our last trip. In the bus from animal kingdom to Hollywood studios and ordered it to be ready in 20 and we walked up and it was ready. So cool!

We've experienced having to wait for food to be prepared. but while we're standing there waiting, others are just walking up to the window,ordering and receiving food immediately. Very frustrating. We should've just ordered at the window vs online
