@themegandaily: There is a monument to the victims of national socialism in Munich. It is found at Brienner Straße . It is built on a site where the Gestapo once had a torture chamber during World War II. This powerful monument was created by sculptor Andreas Sobeck. It has an internal flame inside a cage, which symbolizes how the human spirit cannot be extinguished by oppression or fascism.
