What is you’re missing a whole bag and did not buy it from Lego? What if it is a retired set? What if you bought that retired set off FB marketplace and the product was still factory sealed? And how do I submit proof of that if I have already opened the box and bags to build the set?

I had to ring Lego this week as an entire bag was missing from my daughters Lego set 🥺 tbf they were great about it and even gave me 1500 points as an apology and sending out the missing bag! 🥰 xx

Check the bag! Almost always the solution for me. I find myself missing a piece, check the bag, nope not there. Crawl around on the floor, nope didn’t drop it. Check the bag one last time, there it is. I don’t know what kind of gremlins Lego is packing in the boxes but they are real. 😱

I’ve literally just contacted them as I’ve just started building Hogwarts Castle and they’ve given me way too many mountain corner pieces and not enough of the flat mountain pieces 😭 The booklet says I should have 6 corner pieces and 10 of the other pieces, but i literally have 11 corner pieces and 5 flat pieces… I have no idea how the managed that 😭😅

Takes less then 5 minutes. I bought a speed champion set and I was missing the base plate to build the car on. It took about 2 weeks according to the site when I ordered it.
