@cookwithhali: Matilda Chocolate Cake 🍫 Ingredients • ¾ cup (189 g) milk • 1 tbsp vinegar • 2 eggs • 1 tsp vanilla • ⅓ cup (80 g) neutral oil • 1½ cups (180 g) • ¾ cup (150 g) sugar • ⅔ cup (60 g) cocoa powder • 1½ tsp baking powder • ½ tsp baking soda • ½ cup (120 g) very hot coffee Cream Ingredients • 1 cup (250 g) sweetened condensed milk • ¾ cup (200 g) heavy cream • 1⅓ cups (200 g) chocolate chips • 3 tbsp (40 g) unsalted butter ⸻ Instructions 1. Mix milk and vinegar and set aside for 10 minutes. 2. In a bowl, mix oil and eggs, add the milk mixture, then add sugar, cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and baking soda. 3. Mix well, then add very hot coffee and mix until smooth. 4. Pour batter into a lined pan. 5. Bake at 175°C / 350°F for 45 minutes, then let the cake cool completely. 6. Mix all cream ingredients in a saucepan and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Let set 1 hour at room temperature, then 1 hour in the fridge. 7.
