hey dental assistant here, 100% get that bamboo brush, if you have a regular 6 months cleaning the calculus won’t be there, just make sure you are brushing everyday, and it’s not bamboo on the tip it’s usually a horse hair or boars hair tip, a miswak stick are harder and are NOT soft compared to bamboo brushes, in school i learned that teeth are a direct link to your heart and blood stream, so what do you think is going to happen when you put straight up microplastics in those gums that have a direct link to your blood stream?… right… america’s fda approves everything, it’s not right and i believe you should do whatever makes you feel more comfortable with your health in america because it’s all a scam here.
