I stopped taking it cold turkey (don’t do that) I am more emotional, cry easily but I also bounce back to base line quicker. I also feel more happier, it’s hard work don’t get me wrong. I cried in front of 30 people on teams last week. That is ok though, I survived. You can do it too! ♥️✨

you should always taper slowly and even slower as you get lower on the dose as otherwise or can cause withdrawals. you will still get withdrawals tapering but hopefully less severe.

I came off these in December, I dont recommend them for long term use. withdrawals were absolutely horrible, I still get brain zaps, especially if im tired. my anxiety is through the roof but, I feel better off them than on them. so well done, cause its hard to come off them
