Slow-burn novels aren’t usually my go to, but this one held my attention from start to finish. The plot gradually unfolds and kept me guessing what Owen’s secret was! It was both suspensful and I even felt a bit emotional towards the end. This story explores trust, family, and secrets in relationships. It was both thrilling & heartfelt. I also watched the series after and I enjoyed that as well, but I definitely enjoyed reading the book more. I can’t wait to jump into the sequel next!
