I've just seen a TikTok saying they do this stuff deliberately to have emotional control. Luckily, I'm securely attached and only put up with the disappearing and weirdness for a week. But for me it's so disrespectful - no consideration for how his behaviour would affect me, I'm not interested. Hurt me once, same on you - hurt me twice, shame on me.
