Could be wrong but the first one is for the lats obviously will involve upper back but the elbow is being pulled to the body and is tucked no?

Love your content, just wanna give my personal opinion on this, chest supports often compress my ribcage making it harder to breath even if the chest support is positioned right, btw you can crack a rib or two if you perform cpr on someone, so they aren’t the strongest bones of all time, so not only does it pose a risk when doing heavy weight but also makes it more hard to breath, I personally prefer stabilizing my self with my legs and locking them in place

Come on!!! The reason it does not have a chest support as it forces you to engage other muscles to keep you upright. This causes small muscles you would normally not use. A chest support makes it easier. ????????
