My mom, that was 35years ago, since then I’ve lost my grandmother, my aunts, my husband, my sister-in-law, and my grandson. But the first loss that changed my life was my mom. She was 54 and lost a battle with cancer, I was 30. I now work as a hospice nurse and work with others going through the toughest times of their lives and have done this for the last 25years.
