My PT gave me a bunch of exercises and made sure I was doing it correctly. But he also had to help me release the tension in my lower back muscles and unclench post injury muscle tension. The way I never knew what the pain sweats were until that moment.

This is good timing. I left the ER about an hour ago and they couldn’t find anything and told me I needed to meet with a muscular skeletal to see if that could be the issue. And I had no idea what it was
