If you want to elevate this, pour some white country gravy (or sausage gravy) over it before baking. So freaking good. Buy the packet if you don’t want to make it from scratch.

I love to do different variations of egg bakes. My favorite is roasted tomatoes and feta with the base being breakfast potatoes. But using biscuits sounds delicious too.

Do this with a pound of cooked breakfast sausage. Then make one packet of country gravy and dump on top, bake for like 45 minutes and you e got biscuits and gravy. SO GOOD
