My husband has been working from home since 2020 and his company told him last month they are going back to the office January 5th. This is going to be the hardest Monday ever for him, and it’s an hour drive 😬

I had the 25, 26 (Boxing Day here in Canada) and the 1st off. I always take the first week of January after New Year’s week off as vacation. That week is always bonkers because everyone is back and that’s when I take my downtime.

I soooooooo feel your pain. I'm back in work Monday, had a week off.......but!!!!!!!!! I've never heard off bedrot week and I'm sooooooo soooooooo up for it next year..... gonna be my new Xmas/new year tradition.
