Bought this for my son. He also had toybox (super easy) I’m so lost on how to help him print. ( we have Mac products if it matters) but I have the app. I tried the orca thing. The app is pretty empty and says my device is offline.. idk. My head hurts

Any suggestions on getting it to connect? It shows on my phone in the app the printer is there- however says it’s offline. Same login/account on desktop computer says no device? I’m ready to send it back- I’m so frustrated. Any tips?

having trouble setting up the QR code on the manual is in another language. So basically when we scan it, it takes us to an app, but it’s in another language
