Gabapentin and Lyrica which are both prescribed off label for nerve pain never did a thing for me. Cymbalta which is an antidepressant has never done anything for me

Um... what would Hidradenitis Supretiva count as? It is tissue damage, and I do take anti inflammatory meds. But the old spots feel Nerupatic, nerve damage like. The same spots over and over. I'm trying to make a pain management plan but some supposedly great pain meds haven't worked.

I have severe small nerve neuropathy bilateral legs/feet. It hurts. But my spinal cord stimulator works well with meds included.

The doc says I have "Refractory migraine". I've gone through 59 different treatments/medication. Nothing has truly helped. I dont know what "type" of pain it it, other than it doesn't end.
