I've checked a suitcase of deer meat before, but it was....ummm...better packaged than this. Came through totally fine and still frozen. The airline was totally fine with it. Leaving Montana with it they were completely not surprised and it seemed like a pretty normal piece of luggage to them. But it wasn't just a cooler of meat. It was individually packaged cuts from the butcher packed in dry ice and surrounded by insulation. There was zero chance of this kind of blood bath.

its because your water bottle will explode on that flight... the change in pressure will be too much and the bottle will explode, its also why no sealed bottles of liquid of any kind are allowed, the change in pressure is going to explode them
