I heard “shoulder” and I jumped onto the bed, pulled the poor lady’s leg back as far as I could and, applied suprapubic pressure before I even had one second to process. The baby came out successfully & then the mom accidentally kicked my 36 week pregnant belly HARD. It is forever ingrained in my brain. Both of our babies were okay, and that’s what really matters 💕 shoulder dystocias are terrifying..I’m glad you both are okay!
