@nikkovmusic: TW: Mental Health This video was taken in Castelo de Vide, a quiet and simple municipality in Portugal. On this day, I had a really bad anxiety attack. My chest felt heavy, and I couldn’t breathe properly. There, I realized that whenever I sing, it becomes my source of peace, an escape that eventually calms my anxiety. I am truly grateful that I get to do this with these beautiful people. Love you, Madz. #Madz #PhilippineMadrigalSingers #Choir #Chorale #Choral

Yung puso. Yun yun. Whenever we sing praises to the Lord, 20% lang ang technality. 80% of it is really your heart. That was an answered prayer indeed, Sir @nikkovmusic. Grabe. Hindi ako catholic, pero I felt the presence of the Lord, Sir. Thank you po. 💙
