The money should be returned to Sophia, the waitress. she was just being a decent human being and helping the young man. the tip belongs to the waitress, not the restaurant. the young man gave the money freely to the waitress for her help and it should not be the stores managers decision whether or not she keeps the tip or not. it was given freely from the young man who she helped not the stores manager or owner to decide whether or not Sophia kept the tip. I believe the money belongs to Sophia and she should not have lost her job. I believe that Sophia should sue the restaurant and the manager for losing her job and her tip

As I’ve stated, in utter comments, what happened to basic decency where someone can’t help someone that’s in need no matter the situation and then get fired for it. This establishment should be condemned for their actions. A man needed help. The lady took the time to do it and she got fired. She deserves the money that the man gave her and the company deserves to be sued for a wrongful dismissal. And I condemned the people that say they shouldn’t have been there to help him. They’re heartless.
