Now I’m lucky if I get a text at all… And if I do it’d be 1 or 2 at most.. but I understand because she works in retail and I’m a blue collar so I’m able to be on my phone more than she is. But even then it hurts constantly checking your phone every hour hoping to see her notification pop up only for it not to be there.. but then also again, she’s just my friend(ex) so I don’t say nothing and just take the 1 or 2 text a day because atleast it’s something, and yes I’m mindful that we both have responsibilities now because we’re grown, but still.. oh how I wish we’d text all day like we used to but that’s in the past now. 😞
