She founded Mind In Bloom, a women’s collective created to make conversations around mental health more accessible, particularly within North African and Arab-speaking communities, giving women a space to speak openly, feel supported, and know they are not alone. A ballet dancer since childhood, Alexandra has spent more than 15 years training and competing nationally and internationally - an experience that shaped her discipline, resilience, and patience.
