Traffic drops, remove some. - Ingress: app.example.com goes to the frontend, api.example.com goes to the backend. - ConfigMaps and Secrets: config and passwords live outside the image. - Rolling updates: new pods come up, get healthy, old ones get removed. Broken? Roll back. The bit most people miss: Kubernetes isn't really about running containers. Docker already does that. It's about coordinating a whole fleet of them while machines fail, traffic changes, and new versions keep shipping.
