Oh girl. Get into payroll. I was in HR and did Benefits & Leave administration along with payroll and labor relations. My favorite parts of HR.

Once I got on meds, it literally felt like my depression was in a bag that I could put down. It was still there, but I didn’t have to carry it anymore.

hey Lydia! a little advice on starting medication--please don't be discouraged if the first thing that you try doesn't work. a lot of medications don't work for a lot of people for various reasons and I highly encourage trying different ones if needed 💙 (with a professional of course)

Meds also aren’t forever!! I came off of my anxiety medication 6 months ago and I’ve never felt better. I also wouldn’t have survived without it when I needed it! It can ebb and flow <3

When I first started medication it was like putting glasses on. After it started to really work I cried and cried (happy) I had been “down” for so long that I ever thinking “I can’t believe people get to live like this”

Proud of you for taking time off and being honest about the reality of figuring out whether medication is right for you and if it works for you. I’m sure this will be great for you, and like I’ve said before, 2026 will be your year. Whether it brings clarity or just overall greatness. Love you so much, my friend 🩷🩷 You are a light in everyone’s life you touch. Never forget that 😘
