My son had this when he was younger - THANK GOODNESS he grew out of it around 10!

as someone that was diagnosed with it at a young age and still can have symptoms from time to time as an adult, make sure she's aware of the signs and triggers because growing up with it you don't know when it will flare up and how bad it will mine used to cause dehydration in a matter of minutes leading to my blood sugar dropping and ketones sky rocketing luckily there's more about this now then 20 years ago.

My son is 4 and has Russell Silver syndrome and has this quite frequently! We are extremely blessed that he has a gtube and can now safely tolerate D10 “feeds” at home so we don’t end up in the hospital every month.

My 5yo has KH. We don’t know the cause at this point. It’s exhausting and terrifying. Illness triggers crisis but sometimes it’s unpredictable and unprovoked too.

I don’t know what’s wrong with me but sometimes I get extremely shakey and to the point of almost fainting when i don’t eat enough and I was very sick once so I wasn’t able to get up, My little brother came in to check on me and found me half conscious, unable to get up or get help and made me ramen and brought me a glass of juice and I swear it saved me 🥺

KH is so exhausting and so hard to explain. My 6 year old was diagnosed in May after being first hospitalized with a blood sugar of 34 last December. It took her being in and out of the hospital and blood sugar checks in the AM before they took us seriously.
