After the last asthma attack I had where I genuinely thought I was going to die… my inhaler and preventative meds STAY in my purse/on my person at all times. Even if I move room to room in my home… they had to give me 6 nebulizer treatments at the hospital and IV steroids to open my lungs. Please be safe fellow asthmatics 🙏

Wait thats the prevention (fluticas) inhailer to use twice a day morning and night. where's the rescue? It would help if you had a rescue! My son has that one along with his rescue (abuterol). I have the pulmicort along with abuterol but different dosage. Also helps to take allergy meds. But I get you! Never leave the house without inhailer!! Freaking embarrassing when I need mine and dont have one in hand I end up throwing up. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Why do we do this to ourselves lol I have symbicort which has been working well, but I get super triggered from cold, smoke, and cold/flus and dust thenim unregulated for awhile 🫩 I hid it so well since 2022 but recently had to let ppl know cause I’m either coughing a lot or get a raspy voice and it’s kinda weak🙄

low-key I get kind of pissed because my lungs just start to close up for no reason so I forced my lungs to open by. Just inhaling a lot of air. It hurts, but it works.
