the people asking "who won in the final race?" didn't understand the movie to the fullest extent, 100 Meters was never about who's first second and third. It's a movie about Athletes Mental Health disguised as Track and Field. It was never about winning. My own personal perspective.

Sometimes even when you give it you're all, you can still be defeated. it's ok if you don't win, and it's not like you're whole life ends if you end up losing, if you're prepared to lose, sometimes it can help you perform better.

So many people are hating on the movie and honestly I didn’t really get it when they talked about escaping reality and stuff but this movie is so beautiful animated which shows us how it can feel putting your whole life towards something and at the end it might not work, also about that it’s never about the results but the process

Togashi was still a boy before he cried. I understand why he cried, he was used to winning, to the point where he wasn't ready for defeat. but after he cry and wake up to reality, he becomes new togashi as a man who can break reality
