🌟 I started keeping track of things I did that exceed expectations and would put them in my self evaluation. It made it very difficult to mark me as meets expectations. 2 years later they removed the self evaluation. hmm 🤔

yep I see this shit in HR all the time.... managers NEVER giving an exceeds... staff don't get raises as they should b/c of it... n it pisses me off. i push the raises through anyway.

I was told nobody ever really gets mentor (above exceeds expectations) so I put that in my self review and asked them to challenge that and tell me why it wasn’t true.

at my first corporate job my coworkers told me “if it’s not in the job description DO NOT do it” that place never gave out raises, QC always found a way to ding us to take away our monthly bonuses, a month before I left they MADE us work 13 hour days and my lunch was 3 hours into my shift and they never rotated it & at the time I didn’t know I could legally ask for a 2nd lunch. The company went bankrupt after COVID 👀🌟 🌟🌟
