I’m so sorry. It’s crazy how much being paralyzed hurts - I get super bad spasms. Pain level is usually 4-6 and that’s managed with meds. Go up 7-9 at times. I had lupus before all this and my pain level was 1-3 typically. Do not stress yourself get rest if you need it.

What bed do you have at home? My bed is super soft and my hips killllllll me in it. I thought this whole time softer was better but you just turned a light bulb on in my brain that I might need to get a different bed
