The new Marc Jacobs Daisy Hair & Body Mists are adorable, but are they worth it if you’re a perfume person? Personally, if I have to choose between a body mist and a perfume, I’m choosing the perfume every single time. But I love Marc Jacobs fragrances, so naturally, I had to try all four. My favorite is Mandarin Fizz. The opening smells more like mandarin peel than juicy mandarin. Slightly green, a little bitter and noticeably fizzy. As it dries down, the pink grapefruit and passionfruit make it softer, fruitier and much prettier. Lemon Spritz is a very close second. The combination of lemon, strawberry and pink lemonade reads like a sweet, honeyed lemon on my skin. Tropical Glow starts off smelling exactly like children’s liquid antibiotics to me. Once that disappears, the pineapple, jasmine and creamy macadamia settle into a pleasant tropical summer scent, but it feels very familiar. Vanilla Gourmand is my least favorite. Despite the name, I wouldn’t describe it as a true vanilla. The combination of lemon, coconut and vanilla smells more like a general caramelized sweetness to me. It also disappeared the fastest. Longevity on me: Mandarin Fizz: around 1.5 hours Lemon Spritz: around 1.5 hours Tropical Glow: around 1 hour Vanilla Gourmand: around 30 minutes If you already love body mists, Marc Jacobs and cute packaging, I can absolutely see the appeal. I found two favorites, but the Marc Jacobs perfumes are still going to win for me every time. The ones I won’t wear will be donated to a women’s shelter so someone else can enjoy them. 🌼 @MarcJacobsBeauty #MarcJacobsDaisy #DaisyHairAndBodyMist #BodyMistReview #PerfumeTok #fragrancetiktok
