Maybe because you haven’t finished a room and keep going between diffent projects. Finish one room at a time and you’ll feel so much better. You got it

100% sort your bedroom first so you have somewhere to rest at the end of the day

I would start by getting a bed. Even get a rail for clothes. Try and do ur bedroom so u have a sanctuary. Slow down and write a list. Consider what u have control over and what u can do without exerting to much of urself. even make a list daily breaking down what u need done on that day. ticking them off will make u feel better xx

This is a very relatable AuDHD crashout. The ADHD is creating the chaos by flirting between jobs and feeling the pressure to go go go all the time, and your autistic brain is overwhelmed by the pace, the change (even change you like or want) and the constant stimulation. My biggest advice is to get some support for your neurodiversity, a psychologist or therapist or coach, so that you can try and find some enjoyment in this and make it work for you. You’re working hard and you don’t deserve it to be miserable for you x

Concentrate on one room at a time, I’d try an finish your bedroom first and then you have a relax place at the end of your day for a bit of self care an to do your editing for videos etc ❤ have a good cry first too hun 🥰

the longer you sit there crying about it less is being done, so buck up and start getting sh*t done. crying solves nothing its a hard lesson ive had to learn now im self employed i can be super angry about a job going bad but that doesn't get the job done

You are definitely at a point now that you can focus on a room at a time!!! Don’t try to do it all, it’s not fair on you to put yourself under that much pressure. You have made the home habitable, you did that! Be proud of where you are at, take a breather and focus on one thing!

I feel you 🥺 I’m an estate agent in the morning and a hairdresser in the afternoons and evenings, I’m also doing a full Reno like you and trying to do as much as I can myself to save money!! I’m trying to do TikTok, as well as look after 2 kids (although my eldest is 21) 😆 Then recently having a massive flood that ruined the hard work we did in our living room was a killer, feel like it’s back to square one but everyone always reminds me it takes time and it will be sooo worth it when you look back at everything you’ve achieved ❤️you should be proud of yourself x
