Dang I pay 140 a night or more at campland in San Diego that’s not even half that nice, but it is by the ocean. But those campsites are legit. I would definitely pay that no problem to camp there.

We love staying here. It might be a bit more expensive but having our dogs with us is worth it. We are full time, we love having our home with us wherever we stay.

629 feet from I40! One of my complaints about the KOA there is road noise, my parents were the original owners of the KOA in Ashfork that unfortunately is even closer to the new I40 and not a place I’d recommend!
