@racchw: and yes i put it over a very light blonde base EDIT: the base i started out was light enough for a teal dye to show up without any discoloration. it is the formulas job to have enough yellow in it to be the teal it says it’s going to be. i didn’t tone the base beforehand so even then it still had a yellow tone. i’m not fishing for compliments, just voicing my frustration, saying it’s still cute is sweet and all but missing the point. i’m not someone that dyes their hair different colors, i want teal hair and teal hair only. i own so much teal clothing so it’s frustrating not matching my own stuff because of a bad batch of hair dye. apparently it’s really difficult for some ppl to just accept that good dye young as a brand might not be the best even if it works for you, it’s okay to hold your favs accountable. also i did do research. i didn’t just go in a store and pick it up based on the color of the box, i looked at the picture they advertised it as i looked at ppl online who had this dye in their hair. mine looks nothing like theirs. yes i should have done a strand test but i didn’t think putting a teal over a light blonde and teal base would make a dark blue. #gooddyeyoung #hairdye #hairtok
