Cuco A2205893 has been WAITING 6 months for a home in Los Angeles! 💔 Cuco is one of the most overlooked dogs at North Central Shelter, but he hasn’t given up hope that his forever person is out there somewhere. We’re sharing Cuco in the hopes that he won’t have to spend another cold, rainy day alone in a kennel. Cuco is approximately 6 years old and has a sweet and silly personality. This low maintenance guy is content to chew on a ball in the yard and snuggle up to you for some pets. Cuco has been in shelter playgroups numerous times and is described as gentle and dainty, mostly mingling as opposed to playing. He has overreacted when dogs play too rough with him and required steering from handlers, so he may do best in a home with another low energy dog or as the only pet. Cuco was adopted briefly for a couple of days in August, but returned for growling at the owner. The ACO who took the report stated that they did not see any of the behaviors the owner described. Volunteers love Cuco and want to see him in a loving home with a person who appreciates his sweet and gentle spirit.
