I moved on once and his emotions smacked him right on the face. He had to deal with them they were too strong. He got therapy and was amazing. Now we are married and his avoidance is worse then ever!!

The whole point of going no contact is not to be bothered if they regret the loss. Move on and don’t look back at all. And if they reach out, just ignore them totally. No response is the best response to an avoidant.

Then what? Walk away and they will regret and then they come back? Why take them back? It’s all about control for them not that they truly want you. It’s a painful never ending cycle. It’s a game I’m so tired of playing. I’m done with this push and pull BS game.

you have to give them the shock treatment. you are 100% but it takes a anxious person allot of courage to turn there back on someone because they used to working things out.but some times you have to walk away. takes guts but it has to happen
