They aren't telling the whole story. 🙄 Im guessing the easement was non transferable and there are other ways they can access the property but they would have to build their own road instead of cutting across his property. I let my farmer neighbor cut across my land, but thats one guy, its seldom and he gives me access to his also. When he passes and it gets sold to 4 different families that won't be the same.
