Sebaceous filaments can't be fully removed by cleansing oil, They only remove the surface of the pore because sebaceous filaments leave no room for oils to get in, Dermatologists will tell you to use BHA (salicylic acid with atleast 2% of it) a few times a week, retinoids at night and niacinamide.
