I feel like the first three months, they need swaddling to sleep well. They be jump scaring themselves awake and just moving too much. They need confinement like they were in the womb

I randomly warm up their swaddles right before their nighttime feeding is almost done. So it’s kinda like warm belly then straight to being wrapped in a warm embrace.
