For the allergies: try a saline nasal rinse before bed. You can do it in the shower and it can help a lot re: sleep/breathing

Quality sleep is one of my goals too! I started stretching before bed and it made a huge impact on my overall sleep quality (sleeping longer, deeper sleep, not waking up as much in the middle of the night)

Instead of New Year’s resolutions I made a list of 38 things I want to do over the next year (since I just turned 38). This way I have multiple things I can work towards throughout the year and can switch gears if I get bored/overwhlemed. My number one goal was also a solo trip and I booked a hotel in NYC for April.
