my dad just brings it up randomly I could tell him that I came home early from a hangout cuz people were being annoying or rude or smth happened and I didn’t wanna be there and he just starts mocking me or screaming at me saying that I’m “messed up in my brain” cuz I don’t want to talk to a random stranger on the street.

I don’t know if I have it. I’m too scared to ask the to go to a doctor. They say I’m just shy when I try to speak about it but I don’t think that’s the case.. every time I have to socialise or anything related to talking to people I’m not REALLY close with, even teachers or close relatives, I start stuttering, sweating, and my mind just goes blank :(
