Don’t use steroid cream! Go to a dermatologist!! My sons looked exactly like your daughters. Dermatologist put him in eucrisa!! Literally a life saver and recommended unscented shampoo and laundry detergent. Loved our dermatologist since they focus more on the root cause what could be causing flare ups, my son hasn’t had a flare up in quite a while. Also I learned that many products that are for “ezcema” can also have bad ingredients that causes it to be worse !

My son has eczema and I bought a cream called epooch it’s kind of pricey but you can order the sample pack from the exact website to try it, my son hasn’t had any flare ups over 4 years. Maybe this will help ❤️
